IPT is successful only when our customers achieve their strategic objectives. Ultimately, we both strive to deliver the highest quality service at the lowest possible cost to every retail location. We manage the maintenance budget as strategic partners, leveraging our combined strengths to maximize the effectiveness of the dollars invested.
Our people, process, and pricing model all support this alignment. We do not mark up invoices, so there is no incentive for us to generate additional work. We are vendor agnostic, meaning we do not employ or own any of the contractors who perform the work at client locations, so the only incentive in routing work is to those providers who score highest on our lowest cost/ highest quality metric. Simply stated, the best contractors receive the most work from IPT.
